Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a West Coast Supervisor to lead a Creative Services team supporting an investment banking client. This is a fully on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ.

You will set priorities, oversee a 10+ person staff, analyze performance, and ensure delivery of high-quality work while maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities include daily operations, process improvements, recruiting support, and regular reporting to the Account Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in area of business preferred.
• 7+ years of relatable experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
• Able to work independently and in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the team.
• Oversee staff of 10+ professionals.
• Analyze performance and key metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Proactively address client and team concerns.
• Develop and maintain project tracking methods.
• Implement processes and tools to increase efficiency.
• Translate needs of internal partners and ensure expectations are met.
• Manage changes in priorities and plan accordingly.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Provide regular reports to the Account Director.
• Manage timecards and schedules.
• Maintain up-to-date candidate documentation.
• Ensure best-in-class deliverables to the client.
