Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Over 5 years’ experience managing people in a customer service environment.
• Proven record of improving contract performance or client outcomes.
• Excellent client service skills with a service-minded approach.
• Experience delivering multi-service solutions and managing P&L impact.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracted operation to meet client and contract needs.
• Lead and develop a high-performing client team.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle for reports and team members.
• Ensure compliance with policies, SLAs and quality standards.
• Communicate regularly with team and clients; drive performance against goals.
• Foster cross-training and teamwork to optimize service delivery.
