Job summary

RR Donnelley in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the primary liaison between clients and the Creative/Production teams. You will manage scheduling, quoting, tracking, invoicing, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining client satisfaction.

You will apply knowledge of catalog/retail, packaging, and print workflows, lead cross-functional teams, and drive problem-solving with proactive communications and meticulous data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent working experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in project management or comparable role with expanding responsibilities.
• Background in premedia/print and strong client-facing capabilities are valued.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary day-to-day liaison between clients and internal creative and production teams.
• Apply knowledge of catalog/retail, packaging, and print production workflows.
• Manage projects, including scheduling, estimating, obtaining job detail information, tracking, and invoicing.
• Establish proactive communications to inform clients and stakeholders on project status.
• Lead day-to-day management and optimization of projects, ensuring priority and client satisfaction.
• Attend client meetings and coordinate resources from Creative Services as needed.
