You will guide initiatives across departments, align campaigns with client goals, and ensure excellence in service delivery while monitoring budgets and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years of leadership experience or a graduate degree with 6+ years in leadership.
• Ability to adapt messaging for senior leaders, clients and internal teams.
• Strong understanding of how messaging impacts organizational outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence decision-makers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of client services to ensure satisfaction, retention and growth.
• Manage a team of client service professionals and managers; optimize workflows.
• Provide strategic guidance to address external and internal needs and drive outcomes.
• Champion project execution with organization-wide impact and senior leadership visibility.
