Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a Manager - GO Creative Client Services to lead and develop a high-performing team within the GO Creative unit. You will champion staff management, recruiting, training, budgeting, and client relations, while aligning with leadership to meet annual targets.

The role emphasizes strategy development, service improvement, and collaboration with across the operation. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years in operational management in client-facing roles are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in area relative to the business.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an Operational Management role in a similar client facing position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact with client and team members in a professional manner.
• Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support staff management duties including recruiting, employee relations, scheduling and performance management.
• Assist leadership with recruiting, training materials and performance concerns.
• Develop strategy to build high-performing teams and coach team members.
• Collaborate to develop SOPs across the operation.
• Maintain client relationships and support service-improvement plans.
• Participate in budgets, forecasts and monthly financial targets.
• Support new client onboarding and special projects as required.
• Ensure open communication with employees, managers and clients.
