Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field with ten (10) years' experience; OR

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and manage assigned project activities with expert level proficiency.
• Use project management principles and techniques (Waterfall, Agile) for projects.
• Ensure safe work environment aligned with Zero Harm.
• Develop project plan, schedule, budget, tools and staff; manage costs and funding reallocation.
• Communicate project/outage details and status updates; lead meetings and stakeholder presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, teams, contractors, vendors and regulators.
• Provide guidance and training to others to improve design, systems, costs and schedules.
• Represent AEP with industrial customers, vendors and regulators on assigned projects.
• Align with AEP project management standards and manage projects accordingly.
