MG McGrath is seeking a Project Manager to deliver complete construction projects from start to finish. You will build strong internal and contractor relationships, manage take-offs, RFIs, budgets, and scheduling, and lead project meetings.

A proactive problem-solver with a strong eye for efficiency is ideal. The role requires coordinating multiple projects, ensuring quality and safety, and driving cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional presentation.
• Proactive in identifying risks and resolving issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 3–4 projects simultaneously and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and general contractors.
• Prepare take-offs, RFIs, budgets, schedules, and progress billings.
• Lead project meetings and ensure adherence to safety policies.
• Review contracts and collaborate with schedulers on project timelines.
