Job summary

Premier Group Ltd. is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator I to support heavy civil, commercial, and engineering projects. You will serve as the central communication hub, manage Procore and Excel trackers, and assist with procurement, bids, documentation, and compliance across multiple stakeholders.

Primarily office-based with some site travel. Requires 1–3 years of experience and familiarity with construction drawings. Salary ranges from $45,000 to $65,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction coordination or project administration (1–3 years).
• Ability to read construction drawings and details with plan literacy.
• Familiarity with procurement, documentation, and RFIs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between stakeholders, team members, and leadership.
• Manage Procore and Excel project workbooks to track metrics.
• Support procurement, scheduling, and documentation for projects.
• Process invoices, change orders, and compliance paperwork.
• Record meeting minutes and track action items for stakeholders.
• Organize closeout packages with drawings, O&Ms, and certifications.
