Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years PM experience or equivalent
• Associates degree with 7 years PM experience
• HS diploma with 9 years PM experience

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and supervise assigned project activities.
• Utilize Waterfall and Agile methods in project management.
• Support and hold employees and contractors accountable for the AEP System Safety Process.
• Manage project plan, schedule and budget; reallocate funding as needed.
• Communicate project details and status updates clearly to stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with internal and external customers, partners, vendors and regulators.
• Mentor other project managers and lead sub-team PMs as assigned.
• Develop procurement plans and manage outside resources and vendor contracts.
• Conduct closeout analyses to measure project success and benefits.
