Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end project management including process improvement and technology change.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives from kickoff through delivery and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Defines responsibilities and accountabilities for key project roles and oversees execution.
• Leads adoption and sustainment of change initiatives and assesses adoption risks.
• Leads remediation with identified gaps and controls for sustained performance.
• Plans programs and projects using appropriate tools to ensure efficient completion.
• Develops an integrated delivery plan and escalates issues to stakeholders.
