Job summary

SSOE Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Automotive / Industrial Facilities Design team in North America. You will lead planning, design, and delivery of complex capital projects for automotive OEMs, energy manufacturers, and more, partnering with architects, engineers, and technical specialists to deliver high‑performance manufacturing and support facilities from planning through startup.

Locations available include Troy (MI) and other major U.S. cities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture, or 8+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary design teams for automotive manufacturing, assembly, battery, testing and logistics facilities.
• Serve as primary client interface for automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
• Manage facility expansion, modernization, brownfield and greenfield projects through all delivery phases.
• Coordinate with clients to understand production goals and future capacity needs.
• Lead scope, budget, schedule, risk, stakeholder alignment and execution.
