Job summary

SSOE Group is seeking a dynamic Mechanical Engineer to join our Automotive & Manufacturing Facilities Group. You will help design advanced industrial facilities for global clients, coordinating with engineering teams and clients to ensure quality, compliance, and innovative outcomes.

You will contribute to HVAC, piping and fire protection projects, perform load calculations and duct design, and support cost estimates.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• Professional licensure (PE) preferred and 12+ years of experience.
• Experience sizing HVAC equipment, ducts, and piping.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and 3D Revit support for HVAC, piping, and fire protection.
• Conduct HVAC load calculations and duct/static pressure analyses.
• Lead design efforts and coordinate with clients and teams.
• Prepare cost estimates and support project proposals.
