• Leads buyout, subcontractor selection, pricing and schedule.
• Manages submittal schedule, shop drawings, and approvals.
• Coordinates with stakeholders and risk management throughout the project.
• Prepares and submits change requests; leads monthly progress meetings.
• Develops project schedule and tracks resources to meet milestones.
• Produces regular status reports and analyzes project profitability.
