Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager, AFG, to lead advanced facilities projects in the Phoenix metro area. You will drive safety, preconstruction activities, buyouts, submittals, and change orders while coordinating with owners, designers, and subcontractors.

A Bachelor's degree in CM/ENG and 5+ years of construction management experience are required. You will manage schedules, budgets, and risk, and lead meetings to ensure successful project delivery and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of construction management experience.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedule and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture and creates awareness.
• Manages the prestart process and preconstruction activities.
• Supports scope development, bid packages and schedule development.
• Leads buyout, pricing, and subcontractor selection processes.
• Manages submittal schedules and approves shop drawings.
• Coordinates with stakeholders including owners, design teams and vendors.
• Prepares, submits and obtains approvals for change requests.
• Leads monthly project reviews and various meetings.
• Develops and updates project schedules and budgets.
• Ensures documentation and reporting for project status and profitability.
