Job summary

You will manage preconstruction, procurement, subcontractor coordination, schedule development and risk assessment in collaboration with the AFG team.

You will mentor staff, drive Lean processes, and deliver monthly reports while ensuring safety, quality and on‑time completion within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience.
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling software; MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentor staff.
• Manage prestart and bid packages; schedule development.
• Coordinate buyout, subcontractor pricing and change orders.
• Oversee submittal process and shop drawings.
• Provide regular reporting and project closeout.
