Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Project Manager for the Advanced Facilities Group (AFG) with responsibility for leading safety culture, coordinating preconstruction activities and managing subcontractors on large Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field and 5+ years of construction management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Valid driver’s license; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and ensures injury-free environment.
• Manages prestart process and preconstruction activities.
• Supports preconstruction: quantity takeoff, trade coordination, scope development, bid package development, schedule development and bid advertisements.
• Leads buyout scheduling, pricing verification, and subcontractor management.
• Manages submittal schedule, reviews shop drawings, and coordinates with architects/engineers.
• Coordinates with logistics for pricing on materials/equipment; manages risk with subcontractors.
