Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Project Manager for the Advanced Facilities Group (AFG) to lead safety and execution on complex industrial and data center projects. The role requires coordinating preconstruction activities, bid packages, and schedules across multiple sites, including Georgia markets.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering or related field and 5+ years of construction management experience, with strong communication skills and proficiency in PM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be willing to travel for project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture on projects.
• Manages preconstruction and procurement processes including bids and scheduling.
• Develops and maintains project schedules and budgets; tracks cost and performance.
• Coordinates stakeholders and communicates across teams (subcontractors, owners, design team).
