Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Project Manager for the Advanced Facilities Group (AFG) to lead core project management responsibilities on large industrial and data center projects. You will coordinate preconstruction, procurement, scheduling, and safety programs while guiding subcontractors and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction management, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong MS Office and project management software skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage prestart and buyout processes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, owner, design team, and schedule.
• Prepare project schedule and cost/margin forecasts.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement and change management.
