Job summary

JE Dunn’s Advanced Facilities Group (AFG) seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects in the Industrial & Manufacturing sectors. You’ll manage preconstruction, procurement, and subcontractor coordination while upholding safety and quality standards on site in a dynamic environment.

You’ll partner with design teams, owners, and suppliers to develop schedules, control costs, and deliver projects on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel and/or relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the project management lifecycle, ensuring safety, schedule, and cost control.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities including scope development and bid package preparation.
• Manage submittal, change order, and buyout processes with subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedule, track resources, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with owners, design teams, vendors, and field personnel to meet project goals.
