JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Project Manager for the Advanced Facilities Group (AFG) to lead project management activities on complex Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects. The role emphasizes safety leadership, coordination of preconstruction efforts, and subcontractor management across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.
• May require travel and/or relocation.
• Willing to work non-traditional hours to meet project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentor staff; investigate incidents.
• Manage the prestart process.
• Support preconstruction activities: quantity takeoff, trade coordination, schedule development, bid package development and bid advertisement.
• Lead buyout schedule; verify pricing and scope; manage subcontracts.
• Manage submittal schedule; review shop drawings and samples.
• Coordinate pricing for materials and equipment with logistics.
• Coordinate risk management and provide ongoing risk analysis of subcontractors.
• Coordinate stakeholders including subcontractors, owner, field, design team and vendors.
• Disseminate change requests; gather and evaluate subcontractor pricing.
• Prepare and obtain owner/architect approvals for changes.
• Lead monthly progress meetings and OAC meetings.
• Prepare monthly cost and margin forecasts; assist in budgeting.
• Lead project closeout using best practice standards.
