Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Project Manager, AFG for complex projects nationwide, including large Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor work. The role combines leadership of safety culture with rigorous preconstruction and subcontractor coordination to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

Your experience in construction management, schedule development, and subcontractor oversight will drive successful project delivery and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of construction management experience.
• Strong command of MS Office and scheduling software.
• Ability to lead meetings and manage subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and mentors others.
• Manages prestart process and coordination with preconstruction team.
• Develops and updates project schedule with Lean principles.
• Coordinates buyout, pricing, and subcontractor selection.
• Reviews submittals, shop drawings, and samples with architects/engineers.
• Manages change requests, cost forecasting, and reporting.
