Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• Must have valid driver's license and be able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safety culture and mentor staff.
• Manage the JE Dunn prestart process and buyout schedule.
• Coordinate with preconstruction team on quantity takeoff, bid packages, schedule development, bid list creation and advertisement.
• Lead subcontractor pricing analysis and change requests; manage subcontractor bidding and scope.
• Prepare and manage project schedule with the Project Superintendent; apply Lean principles where appropriate.
• Provide monthly cost and margin forecasts; participate in budget development and cost reviews.
