Job summary

JE Dunn Construction, a leading builder in the Advanced Facilities Group, seeks a Project Manager, AFG to lead complex industrial and data center projects. You will drive safety culture, manage preconstruction activities, and coordinate multi-discipline teams across the construction lifecycle.

You will develop schedules, control costs, and supervise subcontractors while maintaining strong client relations. Travel to project sites may be required; a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years CM experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel for project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and incident investigations.
• Manage prestart and preconstruction processes including scope development.
• Coordinate submittals, buyouts, and subcontractor pricing/schedule input.
• Develop and update project schedules and track resources to meet milestones.
• Prepare and present monthly project status, budgets, and risk analyses.
• Interface with owners, architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
