Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead large Multifamily construction projects for a national firm. The role offers a competitive salary and strong benefits package, with a focus on scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and client relations.

Ideal candidates have a 4-year construction degree (or equivalent) and at least 7 years of PM experience on large multifamily builds, plus proficiency in Primavera, Procore, Timberscan, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in construction related curriculum or equivalent experience.
• 7 years’ experience as Project Manager on large Multifamily projects.
• Competent in scheduling, procurement, budgeting, reporting, relationships, communication, leadership and organization.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedule.
• Lead scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and financial reporting activities.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate project teams for large multifamily initiatives.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills throughout project delivery.

Qualifications/ Required Experience

• Preferred 4-year degree in an accredited construction related curriculum, (BSCE, BSCM, BSAE, etc.) or experience equivalent to a 4-year degree.
• 7 years’ experience as Project Manager overseeing large projects specifically Multifamily
• Demonstrated competency in: scheduling, procurement, budget/cost control, financial reporting, client relationship, interpersonal skills, computer skills, ability to communicate, both written and oral, leadership and organizational skills.

• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Competent in PC-based scheduling and spreadsheet applications (i.e Primavera, Procore, Timberscan, Excel, Word, P6 etc.)
• OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• LEED background a plus
