Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a top-tier fully integrated real estate firm in Minneapolis. You will lead multifamily and student-housing construction from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budgets and safety standards.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture and 5–10+ years of PM experience with large ground-up residential projects in fast-paced markets.
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
