• Experience leading project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Knowledge of contract administration and project delivery methods.
• Ability to develop and maintain project schedules.
• Experience conducting client meetings and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
