Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Data Center) to lead mission-critical construction programs across data-center facilities in the United States.

You will manage large MEP scopes, coordinate complex system installations, and drive cost reporting, scheduling and risk management to meet aggressive timelines. This role offers a competitive base salary with bonus, comprehensive benefits, 401K, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience, ideally with data centers.
• Experience managing mission-critical or industrial process projects.
• Experience with large MEP scopes valued at $50MM+ and complex safety plans.
• PMP certification preferred.

• Oversee cost reporting, cash flow, and schedule management for major projects.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing large, complex safety plans.
• PMP certification preferred.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Primavera, MS Project, Excel, and Word.
• Proven ability to lead large MEP teams and coordinate complex system installations.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience with cost reporting, cash flow, schedule management, and VDC integration.
• Deep understanding of data center MEP systems and commissioning processes.
• Familiarity with SDI, OCIP, CCIP, builder’s risk, and other insurance programs.
