Job summary

MJH Life Sciences is seeking a Project Manager to drive execution across digital, print, video, live, and custom programs. The primary responsibility is to facilitate projects in a consistent and collaborative manner, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and exceed expectations.

This role requires strong organization, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to proactively anticipate risks while maintaining a solutions‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kick-off meetings, organizing stakeholders and creating agendas that clearly define tasks, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines across multiple departments, continuously updating to ensure timely delivery.
• Anticipate risks and collaborate with project teams to proactively identify solutions.
• Utilize Workfront, Salesforce, and Workday daily for project tracking, organization, and communication.
• Lead internal and external status meetings, providing detailed reports with KPIs and project charters.
• Build strong relationships with shared services teams, including Studio, Creative, Ad Operations, Content, Marketing, Events, Copy Edit, and Circulation.
• Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-studio productions, including recruitment, scheduling, planning, venue sourcing, F&B selection, AV procurement, freelancer management, and day-of execution.
• Manage execution of projects across product families: digital, print, video, virtual and live events, and custom programs.
• Actively participate in leadership and professional development opportunities.
