Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–5+ years of project management or similar experience.
• Experience with pharmaceutical compliance and medical, legal, regulatory review preferred.
• Workfront or similar project management software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize stakeholders for event project kickoff meetings.
• Develop a detailed agenda, defining tasks, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Develop and adhere to complex timelines involving multiple teams.
• Re-evaluate plans to ensure delivery on time.
• Anticipate risks and collaborate to identify solutions.
• Utilize Workfront for project tracking and communication daily.
• Lead internal and external status meetings with reports and charters.
• Maintain relationships with shared service departments (Studio, Creative, Ad Ops, Content, Marketing, Events, Copy Edit, Circulation).
• Plan virtual or in-person events and conferences, including scheduling and day-of management.
• Execute projects across Digital, Print, Video, Virtual and Live Events; participate in leadership courses.
