Job summary

Jobtailor in Colorado is seeking a seasoned Project/Value Stream Lead to drive cross-functional initiatives across operations and supply chain. You will coordinate reviews, timelines and resources while ensuring delivery of key milestones and regulatory alignment.

Responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans, mitigating risks, and maintaining KPIs. You will collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, quality, and planning teams to sustain value stream improvements and on-time

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in operations/PM or advanced degree with 2+ years.
  • Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional projects with schedules and deliverables.
  • Experience identifying project risks and implementing mitigation plans.
  • Experience using project management tools to track milestones and actions.
  • Unrestricted US work authorization; sponsorship not offered for roles below Principal.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Materials Engineering or related field.
  • Preferred: PMP or other project management certification.

  • Monitor project performance and KPIs.
  • Provide stakeholder updates and escalation support.
  • Implement process improvements that enhance value stream effectiveness and sustainment processes.

Job description

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management, project management, project coordination, supply chain, manufacturing, or related business operations; or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

  • Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional projects with responsibility for schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder communication

  • Experience identifying project risks and implementing mitigation plans to support business objectives

  • Experience using project management tools to track project execution, milestones, and action items

  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required

  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment; sponsorship is not offered for roles below Principal level

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Materials Engineering or related field

  • Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other project management certification

  • Preferred: Experience with critical path planning, issue resolution, and risk management methodologies

  • Preferred: Experience within the medical device, regulated healthcare, or manufacturing industry

  • Preferred: Experience working within Medtronic systems, processes, or operational functions

  • Preferred: Experience collaborating across operations, supply chain, quality, engineering, and planning functions
