• Manage creation, maintenance, and updates of product master and transactional data across product lifecycle management systems, enterprise resource planning systems, and global item management platforms


• Partner with Project Managers to execute end-to-end system setup activities for new product launches, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and readiness across commercial systems


• Support product lifecycle activities, including product introductions, product changes, and product discontinuations through accurate and timely master data management


• Monitor data consistency and integrity across multiple systems and resolve discrepancies that could impact business processes or reporting


• Maintain compliance with quality management procedures and regulatory requirements related to product master data


• Analyze data trends and identify opportunities to improve data management processes, system performance, and operational efficiency


• Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and training materials related to product master data processes


• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate change requests, provide data-driven recommendations, and support business decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience


• Minimum 2 years of full-time work experience in data management, business systems, supply chain, operations, engineering support, analytics, or a related field


• Experience managing, analyzing, or maintaining data within business systems and databases


• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, reporting, and data validation


• Preferred: Minimum 2 years of experience in master data management, enterprise systems, or related data-focused roles


• Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated industry


• Experience supporting system setup activities for product launches or product lifecycle management projects


• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP and/or Oracle


• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
