Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to identify efficiency gaps and lead optimization initiatives across cross-functional teams. You will collect and interpret data on cycle time, yield, quality, and cost to drive actionable improvements.

The role requires strong analytical skills, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, and experience with process mapping tools, enabling you to design standardized, cost-saving solutions and train teams for sustained impact.

  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Experience with process mapping software and project management tracking (e.g., Visio, MS Project, GANTT) for the senior-level role.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (MS Excel, JMP) for the senior-level role.
  • Understanding of quality management systems and operational metrics for the senior-level role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills for the senior-level role.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in continuous improvement, project management, statistical analysis or process engineering for the senior-level role.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with department SMEs and cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.
