- Lead cross-functional projects with medium to high complexity
- Ensure project requirements are established and met
- Ensure deliverables are completed, reviewed, and acceptable
- Complete projects on schedule, within scope and budget, and according to quality standards
- Manage two or more concurrent projects
- Develop project plans for schedules, resources, and budgets in collaboration with resource managers, lead team members, Finance, and executives
- Coordinate project teams to identify issues, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Design strategies to mitigate or avoid future risks

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or 7 years professional experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Recommended
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager
- 1-3 years managing client facing healthcare IT implementation projects
- Experience in other heavily regulated industries such as financial sector may be considered
- Understanding of the Project Management Institute (PMI) framework
- Solid work knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum)
- Ability to manage concurrent project activities across 2 business lines
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet
- Experience in project management monitoring, addressing changes in scope and budget, project resourcing, and applicable software
- Ability to establish project goals and objectives, exercise sound judgment, analyze complex information, develop plans, negotiate, facilitate, identify project risks and gaps, prepare reports, communicate effectively, and mentor others
- Travel to conferences, trade events, and customer locations up to 25%
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, Information Security and Compliance Programs, including SOC1, SOC2, PCI, and HIPAA
- Maintain compliance with company and client policies, business rules and ethics, and applicable local, state, and federal laws
