Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Director of Construction Management to lead a team of Project Managers and oversee the delivery of project management on major projects and programs. The successful candidate will be a driven leader with a strong track record in construction management, leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction.
• Graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering is preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
• 2+ years managing large high performing multi disciplinary teams in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful project management service delivery for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers and the delivery of project management services on major projects and programs.
• Ensure service excellence in terms of service delivery and client engagement.
• Develop a detailed understanding of the market and act as a brand ambassador to create a pipeline of opportunities.
