Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering (required).
• Graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
• 2+ years managing large high performing multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful project management service delivery for clients.
• Experience in major construction sectors (commercial real estate, data centers, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, natural resources).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of project managers delivering project management services on major projects and programs.
• Lead communications with the client and oversee project management services.
• Conduct market research and produce thought leadership reports on construction market trends.
• Manage strategy, resource planning, financial management, business development and training within Project Management Services.
• Set strategic direction aligned with the business plan and drive growth.
