Responsibilities

• Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient hardware transitions.
• Develop recovery and corrective action plans for schedule/cost issues.
• Enforce safety regulations in the manufacturing environment.
• Monitor equipment handling and ESD, and maintain work instructions.
• Work with Senior Operations on forecasts and product roadmaps.
• Coordinate Earned Value Management, risk registers, and milestones.
• Drive improvements to throughput, cost, and safety.
