Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required with 6+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree with 4+ years preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, 10 years U.S. Military SIGINT experience may be considered.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience in program planning, engineering execution within scope, schedule and budget.
• Knowledge of design, development and test efforts in aero, sustainment, or systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Owns technical responsibility and authority for the program under Engineering Leadership.
• Coordinate with PE and functional managers to ensure alignment with scope, budget and schedule.
• Direct integration with the Program Manager and interface with customers throughout the lifecycle.
• Apply Reliability Engineering and Root Cause Analysis to improve program performance.
• Utilize Earned Value reporting and Labor Tracking System to track progress.
