Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technical execution for sustainment of fielded networks and LOS systems.
• Drive troubleshooting and corrective actions to improve system readiness and mission availability.
• Translate customer needs into actionable technical plans and tasks.
• Coordinate engineering, integration and test, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, and program management activities.
• Support maintenance, modification, verification, regression test, and field support activities.
• Manage technical risks, issues, actions, schedules, and sustainment metrics.
• Ensure engineering changes are evaluated, documented, implemented, and verified.
• Serve as primary technical interface to customers and stakeholders for sustainment execution.
• Travel up to 15% based on business needs; must obtain security clearance.
