Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, management, or related field; typically 12 years of prior relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 15 years of prior related project/program management experience.
• Demonstrated experience interfacing with engineering, manufacturing, and management personnel.
• Demonstrated program management, negotiation, organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP and MS Office suite to include MS Outlook and Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex, and high-visibility programs or projects with significant cross-functional coordination.
• Provide end-to-end project leadership, including planning, execution, risk management, and financial oversight.
• Act as customer interface for program activities and participate in program reviews with customer and executive staff.
• Establish IMS milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules; identify challenges and risks.
• Direct the work of employees across technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas.
