Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Greenville, TX is seeking a Senior Specialist, Project Engineer to serve as the technical lead for assigned programs. You will drive engineering execution in partnership with the Program Manager, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, budget, and schedule.

You will lead cross-functional teams including systems, software, aeronautical, and logistics to develop technical proposals and coordinate with customers through all lifecycle phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; graduate degree preferred.
• Experience with proposal development and bid reviews.
• Experience with aircraft systems, maintenance, modification, and sustainment.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for programs, drive engineering execution and ensure alignment with objectives, requirements, budget, and schedule.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams and coordinate with Program Manager to manage scope and schedule.
• Develop technical proposals for new projects and contracts.
• Track EV and ensure alignment between performance and program metrics.
• Prepare and present technical information to customers and leadership.
