Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of applicable experience; equivalent education/experience may be considered.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance; US citizenship required.
• Experience in Commercial and Military Aviation/Aerospace product development and production.
• Strong project management, communication, negotiation, organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to interface with engineering, manufacturing, and management personnel.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, demanding environment with focus on resolving problems and streamlining processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute program requirements and budget.
• Review changes in contract scope and inform management and customer of impacts.
• Brief customer, user, and upper management on project aspects.
• Direct work of functional teams and monitor performance to schedules and milestones.
• Respond to customer needs, including after-hours support as required.
• Lead teams in contracts, proposals, and pursuits.
• Apply EVMS to plan and execute programs and mitigate cost, schedule, and technical risks.
