Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage cost and schedule, align with technical requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction while advancing strategic program objectives in a dynamic, risk-aware environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 9 years of relevant experience; graduate degree with 6+ years; or 12+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with Earned Value Management and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Experience leading multi-discipline programs across locations and managing budgets over $50 million.
• Experience in government contract development programs and in program pursuit/proposal activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and technical aspects of ongoing engineering projects within program guidelines.
• Provide full lifecycle Project Engineering support for deployment and integration efforts.
• Lead a project team to meet customer requirements within cost and schedule commitments.
• Identify and manage program-level risks and deliver regular status reports.
