Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Greenville, TX, seeks a Lead, Program Manager to drive execution of complex defense programs from cradle to grave. You’ll own cost, schedule, and technical performance, coordinate proposals, budgets and customer interfaces, and lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, contracts, and finance to meet milestones.

A strong background in EVMS, aerospace programs, and security-clearance readiness is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of applicable experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (US citizenship).
• Experience in Commercial and Military Aviation/Aerospace products development and production.
• Strong project management, communication, negotiation, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Interface with engineering, manufacturing, and management personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of program requirements and budget.
• Review potential changes in contract scope and advise management and customer of the impact.
• Brief customer, user, and upper management on all facets of the assigned projects.
• Direct the work of functional employees and monitor performance to schedules and milestones.
• Engage in cradle-to-grave program activities and manage risks across cost, schedule, and technical performance.
