Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Project Director, Project & Development Services to lead complex design, planning and construction projects for clients. You will oversee budgets, schedules and multidisciplinary teams across sites, ensuring alignment with client goals and contractual obligations.

You will engage in business development activities, manage risks and coordinate stakeholders, delivering real estate solutions from inception through completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field is required or preferred.
• Advanced project management skills with experience in real estate development and construction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and client relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Regular interface with clients to ensure delivery of project management services and client goals.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and cost reports for clients.
• Oversee due diligence, design, entitlements, bidding, permitting, procurement and scheduling.
• Supervise design teams, contractor selection, vendor management, and post-construction services.
• Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities with clients and projects.
• Oversee capital improvement programs across multiple sites, coordinating local resources.
