Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Team Lead to manage the design, planning and construction of real estate projects. You will coach a team of five to seven project managers (APM - SPM) and ensure project requirements are met for each client.

This role demands advanced PM skills, sharp client relations, and strong financial oversight. Location is in the United States and compensation ranges between $131,750 and $155,000 per year.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years related experience with 2+ years of management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced project management skills including budgeting, scheduling and financial reporting.

Aufgaben

• Interface with clients to ensure successful delivery of project management services.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts and cash flow analysis.
• Oversee due diligence, design, programming, entitlements, bidding, permitting and procurement.
• Lead and coach a team of 5–7 project managers and ensure policy compliance.
