Job summary

NextEra Energy Resources is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale natural gas infrastructure projects in North America. You will drive scopes, cost estimates, schedules, staffing plans, and risk registers across multiple projects through full lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in project management for energy infrastructure, 4+ years supervisory experience, and a background in pipeline construction, permitting, and project controls.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of combined experience designing, permitting, or constructing large energy infrastructure projects.
• 4+ years of supervisory/management experience leading project teams.
• Experience with pipeline construction, permitting, and project controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple natural gas infrastructure projects through full lifecycle, including scope, cost, schedule, staffing, contracting strategies, and risk management.
• Direct engineering, construction, operations, and commissioning interfaces to align scope, schedule, cost, safety, quality, and regulatory commitments.
• Oversee project controls (schedules, manpower, cash-flow, progress measurement) and provide executive-level status reporting.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline
