Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Grad/GED is required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 3+ years of related project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of the day-to-day transaction process to ensure timely completion and cost efficiency.
• Leads and coordinates financial analyses, engineering/design, legal review, permitting and negotiations.
• Coordinates due diligence with internal groups for proper analysis and structuring of projects.
• Acts as liaison between internal and external specialists regarding procurement, contracting, permitting and interconnection.
• Constructs contractual arrangements for project development and negotiates with consultants/subcontractors.
• Ensures compliance with applicable technical and regulatory requirements.
• Fosters external relationships with customers and community stakeholders.

Education
