Job summary

NextEra Energy is seeking a Project Manager to support gas project development activities from early-stage assessments through construction readiness and execution. The role blends engineering, construction, and supply chain responsibilities with a focus on risk, schedule, and cost management.

You will drive cross-functional alignment, maintain project dashboards, and deliver owner-ready reporting for executive review across hub gas development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in energy project development or large capital construction.
• 2+ years of supervisor/management experience.
• Experience with owner-level reporting including monthly and quarterly progress reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate E&C participation in technology reviews, preliminary engineering, and contracting for active hub gas projects.
• Maintain project schedules, cost benchmarks, and cashflow models for sanction decisions.
• Own and maintain E&C risk registers across active work streams; manage risk, scope, schedule, and cost.
• Develop one-page dashboards and executive status packages for leadership review.
