Qualifications

• Development experience is required.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or development roles.
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of day-to-day transaction process for timely, cost-effective completion.
• Lead and coordinate financial feasibility analyses, engineering/design, legal review, permitting, and negotiations.
• Manage multiple and complex projects and coordinate due diligence with internal groups.
• Liaise between internal and external specialists on procurement, contracting, permitting and interconnection.
• Construct contractual arrangements for project development and negotiate with consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with technical and regulatory requirements and foster external community relationships.
