NextEra Energy Resources seeks a Senior Manager of Projects to lead the planning and execution of onshore natural gas pipeline projects from development through closeout. The role may be onsite in the Juno Beach office or performed remotely with travel across Florida to build sites.

The successful candidate will direct multi-disciplinary teams, manage risk and commercial exposure, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory commitments throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of combined experience designing, permitting, and constructing onshore natural gas pipelines, compressor stations, and measurement and regulation facilities.
• Professional Engineer license, Project Management Professional certification, or comparable credential.

Responsabilités

• Lead natural gas infrastructure projects through full lifecycle.
• Develop scopes, execution plans, cost estimates, schedules, staffing plans, contracting strategies, and risk registers.
• Direct engineering, construction, operations, and commissioning interfaces to align scope, schedule, cost, safety and regulatory commitments.
• Support permitting, land, procurement functions with data guidance.
• Oversee bid documents, contract negotiations and award recommendations.
• Manage project controls, including schedules, cash-flows, and executive status reporting.
• Ensure compliance with 49 CFR Part 192 and company standards.
